Shipping policy

We currently send out orders once or twice a week from our tiny office in Totnes, usually on Wednesday. If you need your order to go out more quickly, let us know and we'll do our best - we're a tiny organisation - Tom and Rima are the creative forces, Anna and Milly do a bit of packing each, and Catherine has started helping us let people know about what we do.

All our packaging is 100% recycled and we use compostable starch-cellophanes for wrapping prints and cards. We don't use tracking as standard, as we need to keep postage costs affordable, but we do track orders worth £75 and over, both in the UK and internationally. If you'd like tracking, again, let us know.

We're generally quite an agreeable bunch and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but things sometimes do go astray - if that's the case, we'll send out replacements, or refund you.

Orders to the USA and Canada currently seem to take about three weeks from order to arrival - sometimes that's longer. There's nothing we can do about it, sadly.

At busy times of the year, of course, do allow extra time for your order. And be aware that during the summer, when we're out and about with Hedgespoken Theatre, things may take a little longer: although we try to keep things ticking over in an orderly fashion in the summer months, there's always a time or two when things pile up a little.
